Quick System Info: ( Business Analyst 9.3.1 w/ ArcGIS Desktop 9.3.1 ArcEditor Single Use )

Starting Business Analyst, was asked to reinstall.
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."
When opening Business Analyst after updating, received the following error message:

"Could not validate application directory: C:\ArcGIS\Bin\GxImageConnect.dll
Current ImageConnect loaded from C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Bin\GxImageConnect.dll"

After searching the ESRI support pages, found this known issue:
Error:  Could not validate application directory when opening Business Analyst

The Fix:
There is a registry key that needs to be corrected to prevent the error message from appearing.
The article has different keys to update ( marked with a crossout ) and the corrections that I used in blue.

Follow these steps to change the directory path:

1. In Windows, click Start > Run...
2. In the Run window, type 'regedit'.
3. In the Registry tree, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. In the SOFTWARE folder, navigate to GlobeXplorer > ImageConnect > ArcGIS9.
4. In the Name column, double-click AppPath. In the Edit String window, enter the following path:
   C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Bin\GxImageConnect.dll
   C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Bin\
   Click OK.
5. In the Name column, double-click HelpFile. In the Edit String window, enter the following path:
   C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Bin\GxImageConnect.dll
   C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Business Analyst\Documentation\ImageConnect for ArcGIS.pdf
   Click OK.
6. Close the Registry Editor.
