The initial image was captured with Ghost 11.5. Then later the same image was cast onto a computer and recaptured with Ghost 11.0.1 where there seemed to be no problems. An issue arose that from the Ghost Console, we were unable to re-image the computers.

The first time you would try to image, "Client file missing - copying from server now" and then fail with "Client error linking to VPartition.DLL".

Uninstalling and re-instlalling the client worked for me.
